Vanilla Bean and Pear Sparkling Mocktail

Vanilla Bean and Pear Sparkling Mocktail | Serves 3

  • Pear juice, 3 cups

  • Lime, cut into wedges

  • Cinnamon, Sugar for rim

  • Maple syrup, 1 tbs

  • 1 Vanilla bean

  • 4 oz. Club soda or sparkling water

  • Optional garnish: pear, rosemary, or thyme

  • Ice

  • Tip: to make this boozy, sub club soda or sparkling water for prosecco.

To make the vanilla bean/pear infusion, you will add 3 cups of pear juice, vanilla bean and maple syrup to a container or jar. Mix vigorously and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to 3 hours to allow all of the flavors to mingle. From there, you’ll prep your glasses by lining the rim with lime, cinnamon and sugar (deelish garnish). Then, add your infusion about 3/4 of the glass and top with your club soda. Make sure to add the club soda right before serving so you can get maximum fizz.
