Now, my focus is on living intentionally amid the noise and doing the things I love: reacquainting myself with my own 30something style, creating a happy home, photography, and everything in between. I am so predictable — whenever the end of August rolls around I find myself pulling on a much too heavy sweater, dreaming of rustling leaves, stacks of books, piping tea pots, and yearning for the academic life. I recently visited to Princeton to scratch this particular itch.

I’m not at the point of making homemade cookies or pasta or stuff like that, but I decided a few weeks ago to borrow my parents’ food processor and make one of my favorites: pesto alla genovese!
