Coziest Christmas
We brought home our baby girl, G, only 5 days earlier. Christmas was on a Saturday and G came home of fully-decked halls, on Monday! So, it was different, but magical in its quiet and wonder.
Entryway Reveal
Our entryway has been on our minds ever since we bought the house in 2018, but it was never a priority because we had an entire kitchen, three bathrooms, bedrooms and a living room to re-do. Not to mention getting a new roof, heater, and other #notsoglamorous upgrades.

I have been on a calligraphy break for most of 2021 (#selfcare!) except for one major commission for a lovely A. Taylor Studio bride, Ashley. Her romantic garden wedding from October included many gold mirrors, of all sizes, for signage.
Burlap Bow DIY
Burlap: file it under one of my favorite things! Seriously! I love using it whenever I can in decor for a natural look, and added texture. It’s primitive yet timeless, and when applied to the correct color palette or pattern it can work magic! I decided to give it a go making a double-bow ribbon made of burlap for the nursery under a lamb’s ear wreath.
Ready for Baby: Nursery Reveal
The amount of sheer anticipation building up to meeting Baby G is overwhelming me! I am an amalgamation of ready / not ready, eager / nervous, and calm / basket case. I am going to be a mom! S is going to be a dad! We are doing this!
Nesting Inspiration
To me, nesting is all about having things in their place, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere within the walls of the house, and of course the feeling of being at ease and relaxed. Cozy, clean, comfy.
