Valentine's Mocktail | Pink Galentine's Drink

I was recently invited to a dreamy Galentine’s dinner party and guess who was in charge of bringing a mocktail? Yep, me, your girl! I decided to re-create my non-alcoholic sparking grapefruit refresher with a little spin on it for an added feminine, romantic twist. I made it with some fresh rosemary simple syrup using locally-harvested honey. Hollow House Farm was our host, so it was lovely to integrate their harvested honey into this recipe.

Batch Mocktail | For best results, combine immediately before enjoying

Yields about 2 pitchers

  • juice of 6 grapefruits

  • Fever Tree Sparkling Grapefruit juice (I used two 16 oz bottles)

  • 1/2 cup honey / rosemary simple syrup

  • Rosemary and pink sugar sprinkles for garnish (and add a bow to your coupe for extra glamour!)
